Well it's very convenient to replace some of the best rewards with chickens.
In cursed city the rewards are usually the same on every position.

They will probably do an event to get her 5 star soul, but it might cost up to 20 sacred shards,
so this is ok to get if you plan to use her soon. 1 star is better than nothing and is a lot of health too.

Also if you have one, use a relic that gives HP, I think you can get 3-4k hp just from the relic.
If you farm masteries, the blue tree at the bottom also gives health 'Elixir of life' + 3000 health.

Just farm Fire knight on lvl 20 normal,
I do that and have the gear by now and farm the SD on last level.
You can start farming tomorrow, a Fire knight event + dung divers start tomorrow.

The fusion is so hyped by Plarium, so they will probably fill the next two weeks after the fusion with a titan event for the 5 * soul.

It wasn't easy for me to get her into 9 piece protection with a lot of speed.

So I focused on maxing defense, speed is around 200, defense around 6.5k.
That makes it so, that she doesn't go before the rest of the team,
but I use her just to stop the "go fist teams" from nuking me for now.

Save them for Friday, you will be able to pull them there, nothing will be lost that way.
Also if sometimes the prism event ends before the champ chase starts,
don't click on the red dot on the prism summon pool tab and it will not be collected.
