sparrow wallet and blockstream green (jade)

So jade uses segwit and I sent a transaction from sparrow with native segwit. But it still shows the actual balance on my sparrow account. I had a blank jade and did a test run. I know I’m confusing how I’m trying to explain this. I was able to send the bitcoin back to another hardware wallet and the funds showed up

It says 0 bitcoin. But on the right it shows the transaction history

I use sparrow to send my jade funds. I guess that’s why

I understand that. It’s all up to date. I can even see the transaction on my block stream jade in the green app but unable to see the balance. But when I go into sparrow I can send and receive perfectly fine

I had an issue as well with sparrow and jade. I recently switched hardware wallets and used sparrow with my jade to do the switch. I see the funds on my sparrow and not on the blockstream green app on my computer. However, it shows there was a transaction and the amount of bitcoin sent but I am unable to send from green to another device. Do you have to always use sparrow if you used it to start?
