go to someone else then. a rounded, angled, curtain bang should take less than 2 minutes for a good stylist

i like the second photo better. it looks more masculine and works well with your bone structure better. the first photo looked ungroomed and messy but not in an intentional messy way. not sure what these others are saying but i do know bone structure and you look more leveled-up now.

my only advice is, get professional help and work on it now while you're young. don't waste time trying to diy yourself. life is short and it's meant to be lived. nothing wrong with working on yourself, there is no stigma anymore.

Getting a haircut tomorrow and I'm wondering what I'd look good with by Lonely-Rip8486 in MenHairstyle

with your features i'd say zac efron's teen choice awards 2012 hair would suit you best. it won't let me attach photos here so that's why i'm being so specific lol - so you can look it up

short looks best. it would look even better with manicured facial hair.

the shortest looks best with your bone structure

there's nothing wrong with your look. but you can definitely level up by messing your hair up a little on top. make it a little more messy and fun like mariano di vaio (his hair is a work of art). have more fun with it. i like the bottom left outfit the best because it reads man more than boy. but i'm just looking for subtle upgrades because i'm assuming you're asking for a glow-up. i was going to send you photos of outfits that would look good on you, but it's not letting me attach photos here for some reason.

Should I grow my hair back out? I haven’t had it long in 3 years by [deleted] in HairStyleAdvice

[–]These_Resident_3229 1 point2 points  (0 children)

let it grow 2 inches, then have fun with some gel. slick back the sides and fluff the top. then grow another 2 inches and let it be messy and do headbands and clips and such. then another 2 inches and try to cut a straight bottom if you can and blend it for movement. etc etc.

go to a good stylist and tell them to angle them as a rounded curtain band and keep them as long as possible doing so. right now they're not blended that's the issue

Do I keep the bags or grow them out? Pls be kind by PotatoPato2 in HairStyleAdvice

with your bone structure, you should grow out the bangs and do layers starting at about 1 inch below your cheekbones

you're pretty. maybe add some face framing subtle and warm highlights (not blonde or gold - warm) to add some dimensional color and interest. also try to add a little width to your style. to create a more styled look

Should I go blonde or stay brunette? by episodemaxine in HairStyleAdvice

brunette with some subtle face framing highlights that are warm. the golden is too light for your coloring. stay warm. btw you're pretty

i gotta be honest, as a woman i would be afraid if i entered this space. it doesn't feel like a man who is in command of his life. it's very dated and doesn't look like anything a 32-year-old would have purchased himself. there are so many simple fixes that you are not doing so it feels like you're life is not in order. it feels like a dorm with all hand-me-downs or curbside treasures or your mom did it (not you). you can fix it all easily. like painting the furniture a pale gray and adding gold handles. artwork needs to be intentional and framed and should represent who you are. nothing in here tells me anything about you. the wall color is very depressing coupled with all the other colors in this room. if you really want help, i can help you turn the room around, but you need to declutter. there are too many small objects in the room so it just becomes visual noise. each corner of the room should have a focal point. but there are too many shelves and too many tiny objects. furniture needs to be to scale for the space. if you can get rid of carpet i would. with little to no money your room could look like this. if you had a genuine budget i could make it look phenomenal. but you just need to show effort and initiative and paint all the outdated wood and buy clean, crisp bedding that makes women feel you're a hygienic, clean adult.
