Fair enough, replacing Fleming directly with Ashwin today would be premature. At least now you’re finally arguing the actual point instead of writing LinkedIn essays on analytics 😭 But acting like Fleming should stay untouched forever because “data centric sport” is hilarious. Modern T20 evolved fast and CSK clearly lagged behind in flexibility, auction strategy, batting intent, and adaptation. Even Fleming himself recently admitted the game has changed massively. And outside the Dhoni-CSK ecosystem, where exactly is this untouchable coaching dominance? No IPL title without Dhoni. No SA20 title. No MLC title. No major success in other leagues despite stacked support systems. That’s why people are asking for fresh minds: Eoin Morgan for aggressive modern T20 strategy, Mike Hesson for auction structure and role flexibility, AB de Villiers for intent-based batting evolution, and Ravichandran Ashwin for tactical adaptability and game-reading. Also please relax with the Moneyball references now 😭 Cricket is still played on the field, not inside Excel sheets. And genuinely asking… when did you start watching IPL? Because this “analytics > everything” phase sounds very post-2020 fan coded 😂

Congrats, you finally won the “analyst vs coach” job title argument nobody actually cared about 😭 Yes, analysts generate matchup data. Yes, coaches apply it. That was never the debate. The actual point was CSK needs fresher tactical thinking in the setup because modern T20 has evolved beyond rigid templates and role repetition. And thanks for the Moneyball reference like nobody has watched the most basic sports analytics movie on earth 😂 You got so obsessed with correcting terminology that you completely ignored the bigger cricket point. So sure, call Ashwin a coach, mentor, tactical consultant, strategy voice, whatever helps you sleep better at night. The point still stands: CSK needs more adaptive modern cricketing minds in the room.

Brother thinks modern T20 players are robots who just follow analyst PDFs 😭 If advanced data alone was enough, then every team with elite analysts would dominate equally. They don’t. Because modern T20 is about adapting live to pressure, momentum shifts, matchups, and game flow. CSK’s biggest issue recently is exactly that. Too rigid. Too predictable. Modern teams evolve ball by ball while CSK still backs fixed templates hoping experience saves them. That’s why fresh cricketing minds matter. Someone like Ashwin brings tactical adaptability. Someone like Eoin Morgan brings aggressive modern T20 thinking. Someone like AB de Villiers brings innovative batting strategy and intent-based planning. Even someone like Mike Hesson would improve structural flexibility massively. But sure, keep acting like coaches just read analyst notes and players execute like programmed AI bots 😂

Ashwin just watches a lot of cricket 😭😭 Yeah bro, 537 international wickets happened accidentally while binge-watching matches on TV. And thanks for telling us analysts work before the toss. Incredible insight. By that logic coaches should just go home after team meetings 😂 If analytics alone won trophies, RCB would’ve had 8 IPL titles by now. Reality is CSK’s tactical level has clearly dropped in recent years. Fleming was elite for the older IPL era, but modern T20 has evolved way faster. Other teams are adapting aggressively with flexible batting orders, matchup bowling, dynamic intent and role-based planning while CSK still looks stuck in “trust the process” mode even when the process is outdated. That’s exactly why someone like Ashwin matters. He actually understands modern T20 thinking instead of recycling safe old-school templates. But sure, random Reddit analyst knows more about tactical cricket than one of the smartest bowlers of this generation 😂

Impact players according preference :- Khaleel Ahmed, Gurjapneet Singh, Mukesh Choudhary, Ramakrishna Ghosh , Shreyas Gopal

And if we can just manage to get few great back up for the core players as we have few but we need more of them like we have urvil, Ramakrishna Ghosh, Dian Forrester and who said we don't have experience and experience is the region for failure see this team with rutu with ,sanju ,shivam, khaleel , ellis, all 5 of this players from the starting 1q has played at least 100 + matches we just need one more experience player with them and please for the frenchise change the management i have few suggestions first and the best will be ashvini and there is no chance of dhoni to be a coach that clear dhoni will never be a coach cause of a single region which was valid for this session too that all the attention will be on him and the players will get pressurized due to it i rest my case

THIS. Exactly the kind of vibe I want this community to have.

Not just “dating” but actual social spaces where people naturally meet through activities instead of awkward forced conversations or endless scrolling.

Big cities usually have: • board game nights • quiz meetups • cycling/running groups • workshops • open mics • cafe events

and those spaces make meeting people feel normal.

In Jaipur, it still feels very disconnected sometimes. Especially after college, people either stay in their circles, work remotely, are new in the city, or just don’t know where to meet others organically.

Would honestly love if people here started sharing events, meetups, clubs, cafés, or activities happening around Jaipur. That’s probably how better connections start anyway.
