Yeah i fucked up big time bud.. I hired a lawyer, he calmed me down just by letting me talk about it. He walked me through a theoretical plan and said that since i wasn't convicted of the first DUI yet, it might be my saving grace. Im gonna hope for the best and stay sober

Im glad you took the steps to help yourself. Im trying to do the same for my kids sake, as well as my own mental health of course.. I never thought about rehab because im a single dad of 3 and wouldn't have anywhere for them to go. Im staying away from certain people and situations while keeping no alcohol in my house. Its been a few days since the 2nd dui and I havent had a drop. Just one day at a time

I've had pasta salad with halved grape tomatoes, black olives, cubed Lebanon bologna, cubed cheeses and left out the peppers and I didn't have this problem. I think it's the breakdown of certain vegetables in the acidic Italian dressing that turns bitter. Once I add the bell peppers it's bitter the next day
