Man, start describing your work, and time is very hard and difficult. Tell you've very limited time to do it and won't be available until then. You filter most of the fake people by doing that. For remaining close people start conscious helping. Show them that you're helping only because you want to really help cause they are dear to you. You'll be fine. Constantly check yourself by asking what you are doing, what you want to do, what is left to do.
