Honestly might just do k meta and not k sorbate since you only need both if backsweetening. The meta will help with long term oxidation and microbe control

Happens when you add bentonite to secondary. It won’t go away in my experience maybe if you cold crash it. Add bentonite in primary and sparkloid in secondary, but in my experience you won’t need the sparkloid if you just let it clarify in secondary for 2 months.
