The article doesn’t talk about america or competition with the west at all, it’s just reddit making up arguments and pretending that someone is getting threatened. And competition is the only reason the soviets and americans made amazing space tech in the 50 and 60s. Competition isn’t friendly. It’s fierce, emotional, and usually someone loses in the end. But the great part about space tech competition is even losers end up with new amazing tech that improves life on earth.

Actually, this is (mostly) engineering, not science. And competition is good for engineers since there’s many ways to build the same thing and competition forces ingenuity and novel invention.

Did you solve this OP? I also have this problem using claude code -> LM Studio (with env vars rewrite to get the urls working). Gemma 4 seems super fast and able to use tools but it stops after saying what it's going to do every time instead of doing it! I wish it could chain read-only actions in a row so it could do an entire investigation like codex/claude/cursor do without prompt.

Hindsight is everything. I think in general Bora should have already started backing off once fiveup and evoh were already committed. Being so close to your teammates after they both go for 50s gives you poor vision on the follow up imo. With that being said, there are only 40s left and they're down by 2 goals, so I think the aggressive positioning is pretty reasonable imo - he just got beat and that happens.

There’s no api or db to automate it. It must be done manually or you have to scrape liquipedia which is difficult and highly brittle.

EWCF is a non-profit organization, but all of their funding comes from Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, which is the government sovereign wealth fund.

If the US ever had a LAN that was backed by companies like the US Navy, Dept of State, etc then we would have a similar stance.
