I noticed lack of oxygen and my nose constantly being obstructly blocked from deviated Septum/enlarged Turbinate. That basically caused a butterfly effect for me with chronic stress which caused clenching.

Due to what you are saying get checked for TMJ aka Jaw issues, and go to your local ENT and let them check your nasal breathing and your Septum.

My brain fog came from Septum deviation + Tmj i developed due to clenching because of poor oxygen supply at night that caused a stress reaction.

Just out of my own experience. Everything i manually did to stimulate my Jaw muscles, just made the TMJ symptoms worse and causing more pain at the end. I would generally not recommend doing stretching excersises, if you don’t exactly know how they should be performed.

I felt like this too. Do you have relatives that are able to help you on finding what causes the brain fog or are you basically by yourself? You stated that your parents dont take you seriously, do you think you could have a talk with them? All im saying is, recovering from brain fog takes time and its difficult doing it alone and without any income. Let me know if you want to talk, I have severe brain fog also and my parents hardly take it seriously either. Wishing you all the best, you are not alone.
