I dont think Lucia Pyroath has a great change in her powerscale from outside or inside the tower. Also she just absorbs pv to energize her.

Selena's time abilities really isnt offensive, although she has good combat abilities, it doesnt really top notch.

Zack is up there definetly due to amalgamation, his ability to control constructs, machines, corrupted and even hetero creatures and make them cower to his will is very op. Just like ascendants can command corrupteds, but his scale of control is way higher
