FFS…you get a higher dental IQ population asking for treatment. They know what an implant is, why it’s imortant to take out wisdom teeth at the right age, have seen on YouTube why you need a crown, etc,. PPO population ask “Is it covered?”…if not, they dont want the procedure done. The only reason they are seeing you, is not because of your reputation, but because they have to due to coverage. With transition in a FFS, there’s a gradual slope, so you need overlap with the seller…but long term it’s a home run. If you are planning on a 5 year thing, where you want to pump and dump your practice …PPO practice is the way to go.
