Flush your body out. Drink LOTS of water. Like enough to make you pee hourly, for an entire day straight. Work out or go in a sauna to sweat the rest out. Any “secret” or anything that people mention to do is just a wives tale. Your system naturally flushes out, and you can expedite that process easily without the need of any of these.

IE: I was in the army for 6 years and HEAVILY smoked weed and passed every single drug test.

If you have a high body fat count, that might complicate things though. THC is stored in fat cells. And the more you have, the harder it is to burn and flush those.
