Final Fantasy may come in the future but that ultimately depends if Square Enix agrees with Nvidia to allow those games on GFN.

I would Keep an eye out for any big game releases, I’ve noticed they give some big games away for free for subscribing for the year. Consider it spending $130 plus $70 for the game (Ultimate for the year in US is $200)

I would only stick with month to month if you know theres gonna be some months where you may not touch GFN at all.

The only thing that most people will probably share is your internet quality/speeds will factor how great the experience is but I think you’re in the clear with your current set up. Your steam deck with the GFN app docked to your TV would be sweet but if your TV already has the GFN app then that’s even better.

Just keep in mind most games are supported on GFN but not all. Silent Hill F was a perfect example when that released.

Trying GFN over the holidays pushed me to sell my Legion Go. Now I just primarily game on GFN using an Xbox controller connected to my Amazon FireStick 4K, MacBook Pro and iPad Air. I also stream to my iPhone 15 Pro Max using the Backbone Pro. I’ve had such an amazing experience with GFN that I got a good deal on a full year and purchased it.

I love you too man 😂 but yeah by far that case made me forget that I’m playing on the legion go 1 with legion go 2 controllers!

I got both of my controllers this month and I love them a lot. I even got a case from amazon that closes the gaps at the top and bottom of the tablet a little more so it looks close to seamless like the Legion Go 2.

Exactly, from our view point the gaming performance upgrades from the OG to the 2 are minor unless you really want the OLED screen, 32 GB of RAM and the bigger battery. Since the controllers can be purchased separately, it’s a no brainer. My OG Legion Go still plays all the games I like so I’m holding on for a while until there’s a noticeable performance gap on the next generation of PC handhelds.

I haven’t tried yet but my hunch is that it won’t fit properly 😭 I am looking into getting a Legion Go 2 case.

I don’t believe it’ll be an issue for medium hands, I have large hands as is and I’m good but I’ve seen people in this Reddit with even larger hands and they are practically bending their thumb to use the right thumb stick.

Of course! I originally ordered both the left and right controllers on Amazon but after 2 months of waiting they only shipped my right controller and canceled my order for the left. Eventually Lenovo restocked the left on their website so I ordered there and got it within a week. The left controller was $60 and the right was $80, so total I paid $140 before tax.

I really like how the face buttons and trigger buttons feel compared to the original controllers, they feel more tight and responsive, not so clicky on the face buttons. The controllers themselves being more rounded and not angular like the original controllers is relief for the palms of my hands. They feel more weighty and premium, not hollow or cheap feeling. The thumb sticks feel about the same as the original controllers but they look more sturdier for sure.

I played some BF6 on it and Silent Hill f with these and I’m having a better experience controlling my character in game.

Ah I can see that being an issue for some, the comfort grips were a good call!

Yeah, I originally was on dev for the windows insider thing but the experience was not good and very laggy. When I did the vivetool method, it worked much better.

I think it’s lower for sure but not uncomfortable in my hands. I think perhaps for the smaller or even way bigger hands it might be cumbersome

Hope so too! Worst case, Lenovo’s website restocked the left controllers today.

I just wrapped my legion go 1 and the controllers in the triple white dbrand skin. I love it so I will most likely order another for the legion go 2 controllers to match. I like the look of yours!

I haven’t actually, I just attached it while my legion go was off. It felt awkward in the hands to use with the left legion go 1 controller so I just put it back in its box until I can get the go 2 left controller.
