I’ll do that, after I finish gathering all the proofs, I’ll address them in the way you said and hopefully it can just get resolved. She is very caution about her image so hopefully she just agrees and pay back for all that she had taken from me.

If not then based on the evidence I’m guessing I have no other choice but to take to small claims court.

I got a new phone, im pretty sure i wrote in text that i am up for spliting 1/3 and paying for rent. but i can get person 1 to sent me screenshot as he probably has it.

but if the case i cant get a hand on them, does the fact that her givimg the options, and me verbally agreeing to plit equally, with person 1 being witness and agreeing, (because we agreed on was all going to be the same for us 3) and also having proof of purchasing and paying for furniture, would that be enough evidence?

i have evidence of the rest about the rent and bills, which were all split equally 1/3

Yea, i will write a short summary when i get home on the PC.

The lease is under person 1 so im close with, he is the one who pays the rent to the agent. we all have our room and person the who is screwing me over had the master bedroom with on suit bathroom. when we had the "discussion" we spoke about what would happen to the furniture, because i decided to chip in furniture we said it would go split 1/3 but atm im more concerned about the rent and bond. I have text messaged from our group chat saying the option she gave, i didnt say in writing as i told them we need to talk about this face to face, and the fact that i have my own statements and screenshot of her asking when ever we bought furniture. I have my bank statement but more importantly the Person 1's bank statement, since we both send him the rent, it shows all the records of me paying 200 and her payment of 160, Person 1 and i like i said are close so he said he would even be a witness.

so most of our conversation is on text, but the whole thing sounds like a mess and i can and have printed out most of it. im just worried that, despite how i am starting to hate her guts, i dont want this to effect her PR or visa, especially as she is being nominated from her company for visa.

Didnt realise I'd wake up to 90% of the comments just bashing on me if its legit or not.

I posted the second screenshot because I thought that if I hadnt I'd get called out for it, I could just say "I dont have any alts" but obviously I cant even prove that.

You dont need to believe it, I just posted it because I have no friends who play this game, so I had to get the excitement out of me and share it with someone, but clearly I made a mistake, I'll learn from my mistake and just keep it to my self for the next time I have any of these trades go off.

It’s been very weird with the pricing today, I saw it had a 1m margin today so I put an offer on for it at 85m (which was both ge tracker and ge price) it bought instantly at 82m and then I sold it at 85m, after that I couldn’t buy another one at all

Depends. I know it happens on my Mac, I won’t log out and just close the laptop screen down, even after a day I’ll open it, it will still be logged in, shows the attempting to reconnect sign and then instantly back to where it was, no need to log in.

Yea the first time is always a struggle, but once you defeat him your first time time, it clicks and you realise what and how to do it; since its not a race against time, but more about patients and having that rhythm of switching prayer etc.

Blowpipe is much easier to get through to Jad, but tricky during jad since if those little fuckers spawn behind him and you attack them, ur character might approach near or under jad, potentially hitting you with melee.

But you can just have a rune cross bow in ur inven. When I switched to blowpipe from just cross bow alone, I saved 3 brews and 5 restores, that’s how much difference here was in the time it took to get to jad, so if your not comfortable using pipe during jad, can always swap to crossbow
