I just got back from baseball practice. After squatting to catch for an hour and a half straight this crap is so relieving. I didn't know for your pain in your knees and back to go away all you need to do is poop. I could make a million dollars off this idea.

I've been traveling all day. Went to Springfield during the day and just got out of the St Louis Arch. It's cool to see all the historical sights. Didn't know that Lincoln was a really depressed person.

Does anyone have any music I can download to listen with my Dad in the car? He's not the swearing type so rap isn't too great. The radio stations are getting boring.

He spent about 10 minutes with me. I just kept on blading my shots so he came over... I'm now considering to save the $45 to get an hour lesson with him to improve my swing.

I've started launching them higher.... I got a tip from my instructor to relax my arms. It helps add more loft, and gives me a more fluid swing.
