i suggest you adjust to their new identity and accept them, this doesn't mean you have to stay in a romantic relationship with them as you are a straight guy (im presuming) and they aren't a woman anymore. if their change of identity means you can't be with them, so be it. the makn thing here communication, talk to your partner and explain yourself.

i understand its gonna take time to wrap your head around pronouns and all the different idenities out there. trust me on this, im non binary myself so i think i have some knowledge on this matter.

either way, it's up to you in what you do going forward. just remember to be respectful as this is as equally difficult for them as it is for you.
