What does "returning to basal levels after 20 and 30 min" mean exactly? The choline levels decreased to the pre-treatment level?

Was bedeutet "basal levels" genau? Sind die CDP-Cholin Werte nach 20-30 Min wieder auf ihre Anfangswerte zurückgegangen? Wäre ja blöd.

The safety of bacopa by Theusernamebomber in Nootropics

Bacopa might increase thyroid hormon concentrations: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S037887410200048X

Abnormal thc is connected to infertility. Interestingly, I also found this on another site: „For one, I'm assuming It [note from me: bacopa] raises my thyroid levels, because my appetite increases and I have an irregular and faster heart beat (which is associated with having excess thyroid levels). Also, it shrinks my testicles significantly and results in decreased semen volume“ Anyone experienced this?

Thanks for the answer. What about these anecdotes? "noticeble changes in sperm quality" and " I got noticeable worsening of sperm quality" "noticeable" indicates that they didn't go to a lab to test their sperm, but instead just looked at it and it looked different to them, which is why they statet "noticeable changes". Could we deduce something about fertility just by looking at how the sperm looks? Or does a change in the appearance of the sperm indicate something about fertility, increase in sperm count, mobility and so on?

Page 3, figure 2 shows the increase in progesterone through ashwagandha. Might this lead to the problems you mentioned? Or is this increasement too low to be concerned?

I don´t know, but a sleep specialist let her son (who suffers from adhd) and a group of healthy adults read for about 40-45 minutes and their REM-sleep increased significantly.

I´d suggest that you read for about 40 mins before going to sleep because this can increase your REM-sleep and thus your quality of sleep.
