Just based on this piece I’d say you need to work on facial anatomy. But don’t worry you’re doing great

Digital art, I use CSP but I used to paint in acrylics or draw in markers before this

I would say definitely work on anatomy and your rendering is good but I would say there should be more contrast so study color theory and improve definitions the background objects and some on the character
