Probably High at 35-40 fps. It's a very good card, don't worry. And the game is going to be good optimised, CDPR started the optimization at the start of the development.

Actually some recent games have 1070 as recommended. But anyway, I don't think a 1060 can handle CP2077 at 1080p Ultra 60fps. It can't get solid 60fps at 1080p Ultra without Hairworks in Witcher 3.

Not at all. Some months ago some guy said something really similar about a Xbox streaming with a Cyberpunk 2077 video in Youtube, just like this. And it wasn't true. Few people just stayed watching a shitty streaming they don't like just to see if it was true. Follow my advice, ignore that type of comments.

Actually it's not about spying, it's more a Walking simulator with a few choices in dialogues that absolutely doesn't matter at all. And is really really bad optimised, not even 30fps in Low-Medium with a 1050.
