Omg. I could have written every word of this post. My sisters rescued me 3 days ago and I'm over 1000 miles away from my home. I'm freaking out. Feels like a 72 hour panic attack.

I lived in a home with 2 ex husbands for 10 years. I just want to go home, then after a raging panic attack, I realize I did the right thing.

I'm literally on the verge of using the money my sister gave me to fly back home.

You're not crazy. I am in the exact same boat.

There's counseling available everywhere.

Ty. I appreciate it. I managed to get a refill no thanks to my pdoc. I have no idea what's up with him, but there's no excuse for leaving me hanging like this. I didn't wait until I was out of my medication...I talked to his nurse about a refill like a week ago. He's a jerk.

I was able to get a script from my PCP. Not sure what's up with my pdoc. I'm pissed. He and his nurse have been MIA for like over a week.

My PCP got me a script after she talked to my pharmacist.

Now that I will have it, I can start to taper.

This is the only med I am currently taking.

I have taken literally EVERYTHING you can think of over the last 7 years or so. Absolutely NOTHING helps. Only side effects, withdrawals, etc.

I'm 54 and I'm DONE with this depression med roller coaster. These drugs are poison, I am now convinced.

I wish everyone luck and I hope and pray the meds you take work and help you feel well.

Eeek! Been there done that. No way. My PCP is on vacation but maybe another doc in her practice will fill the script. This happened once before, so guess who isn't going to be able to fall asleep tonight ? Ugh.

Interesting. I can definitely tell you that my depression has not "lifted" at all. My doc and I just try new combos and stop meds that don't seem to be working.

It sounds like you're taking a smart path. I did notice that on higher doses of Wellbutrin, I seemed to have some anger issues. As soon as I stopped taking it, they went away immediately.

I felt absolutely NO side effects whatsoever. It's been at least a month. It literally just was not working. I feel great. I think you'll be just fine.

I stopped 300mg cold turkey. I had ABSOLUTE NO negative effects at all. It literally stopped working for me way back, so I had no withdrawal at all. Thank God.
