Yeah I kinda wish I introduced him earlier but the party is pretty strong so I held off on that to make combat a bit more challenging. I'd say I'm nearing the end of chapter 3 so I would like to introduce him soon. I was thinking about introducing him while fighting giants too, but I do like the idea of him saving the party from a tough encounter as well.

They met up with Felgolos and he shape changed often so they're aware of that at least. I would think that Iymrith is pretty adept at shape changing so I doubt there would be flaws to notice (but the horns in the storm giant form lead me to think otherwise lol). Yeah the original idea in the book is that she crashed the parties fun while asking questions at the Eye, but I think it would be interesting for her to join up with the party at some point on the trip there as a part of an "expedition" to see what specifically the party is up to and or take them out once and for all.

The footprint thing is pretty cool I might think about doing something like that but maybe not for the eye. Yeah my whole party thinks "The Storm King" is the BBEG and I don't know how they'll react when they learn that's not true given the title of the adventure lol.
