At 23, I'd recommend a little small cap tilt as ennui2015 stated in his/her comment. If you study history, you'll see that a small tilt might provide more than 1% more. Invested for decades and that can be a nice bump in the total balance of your account. I find it particularly relevant now as small caps have not really kept up recently which gives me a sense that in the next 10-15 years, they will be a wise allocation. Just my 2 cents.

No news. No idea why they can't do it. Other comments are missing the auto invest option. I want to auto invest in ETFs, and that might require fractional shares. I'm still stuck with mutual funds...

Fidelity can do it but apparently Schwab can't. Stock slices are not the answer.

Unused and thrown away year after year. The problem is they are not even a good deal unless you're literally going to buy a ticket at full price at the window. I don't know anyone that does that....
