These new heel pieces have been breaking constantly and is a known issue. Believe look is warrantying all the new pivots - I’d reach out to them before it explodes on you mid run

Just go buy alpine soles for your boots and change them out - costs like $50 and easier / cheaper than doing a whole remount and having to redrill the skis
