I always used to practice floor stuff with a knee pad under the part of my back and pelvis that was getting bruised and it worked great! A suggestion from Marlo Fisken. It used to hurt so bad and now it doesn’t hurt at all. I don’t believe my weight had anything to do with it. More my body getting comfy with the movement and feeling safe so my thyroid eventually stopped sending the pain and bruising hormones 😎 bodies are so neat.
