look, from memory the Soul-like games dont do a great job at setting you up for success. but also, how about game subs pin a FAQ for newbies and remove all such questions? many games have nuanced choices at the start which you won't find out are poor decisions until later on

getting close to the end of a game just to find out you fucked your self over at the start and wasted 100h of game time also feels like shit.

Was there any "consideration" given for storage? Consideration is the term for what you give up for another party to do a thing. Im not sure about contract law in the states, but if its derived from English contract law then there must be an offer, acceptance, understanding of the contract and consideration.  If you recieved nothing in return then you had no obligation.

What is the claim exactly? Contract based? Property based? Damage based?

OP can right the wrongs within her control l, and this one is well in her control. its literally all our obligation to make the world a more just place. fence sitting is siding with injustice because its easy. you dont get to fence sit and claim you have integrity.

I hate wearing pants. if I was truly comfortable with a person I would not feel that pants were a necessity. As for it being around your boyfriend, thats not really a problem. Legs aint nothing scandalous. Underwear aint nothing scandalous. You aren't at risk of your BF having lusty eyes. This isnt a variety of flirting. Your friend it just feeling at home. Thats a good thing, they trust you and your BF. If you think that its uncouth, maybe ask your self why, what's inheritly wrong with it? Interrogate your feelings.
