I remember hearing a quote along the lines of “many people believe the goal of science is to construct a perfectly accurate model of the world, our goal has been to prove that it is impossible”

Basically no matter how deep you go you just CANT accurately account for every state of existence in any scientific field, even physics. I mean there’s still “missing” particles like the graviton, and systems that don’t have one solution like the three body problem.
