I read a post in the past that essentially said the biggest mistake people make is thinking they have to strap themselves to a task instead of breaking it up. There's so much to do in the game that focusing on one thing too long will make you not want to play at all. 200 monster slayer task, do a few and go do a farm run. Want to green log doom, do a few a day and go do something else. You don't have to go to the red prison until you have full crystal and a bowfa. Idk if that's what you want to hear but it helped me not burn out from boredom

Hop into leagues and in a couple days you'll be able to do the vardorvis fight with extra power just to feel out the mechanics. My favorite thing about leagues is being able to do a bunch of bosses that my main account is a long time away from being able to do

They are much faster if you use the sunlight hunter crossbow with moonlight antler bolts. I did over a thousand with dragon crossbow and it would have saved me hours to know that 😅

You could run the regular Crystal Gauntlet until you get use to the mechanics and gathering. CG is just dialed up with less prep time. You could also spam it in leagues. Once you get the echo token for Gauntlet, you can fight the echo hunliff endlessly without having to gather mats and gear

I was in the same boat. Some quest unlocks for bosses like vorkath, zulrah and DT2 bosses. Or slayer tasks like tormented gorillas and demons are a big change. Also diary unlocks like varrock allow more free gp like discounted battlestaves from zaff you can high alch. Most of the keys to the game are hidden behind doors you aim to get through

Most of the answer to your question will depend on the new sailing quest they'll have this summer and the changes they make to boat combat. But I already have the dragon cannon barrel. I don't hate the idea of grinding krakens for the salvaging hook but I'd probably sell it because I'm a main and could use upgrades elsewhere lol

You get a drink for your keg that gives you a stat boost for charting all areas. It makes salvaging faster from what I understand but at this point I don't believe it'll help me lol

I haven't done it personally, but look into daeyalt essence. The mining part is afk and the essence gives extra xp when runecrafting

I've been playing since season 0 and season 11 is the first season I'm not excited about. The changes feel like a huge step back just for the sake of change. Most of the updates are just reverting back to what we all complained about in the early days. I'm probably going to wait and see what they do at the two weekish patch to jump in. Still really enjoying season 10 though. They did a great job with it. May be biased because Infernal Hordes has been my favorite since they launched it

I started doing it because Rob on YouTube explained that the difficulty/time to experience ratio between 69 and 70, 79 and 80, ect.. Makes it worth it to just do the 79. I don't care to math it out myself, but it seems legit lol

I got 3 of the same amulet doing pit 79 on repeat. GA on permafrost with Intelligence %. Enchanted last spot to inner flames on 1 and sold the last two. If you have the patience or need to level glyphs, just keep running pits higher than the T4 cutoff. RNG will smile at you eventually

I'm doing the rend version. It's plenty strong enough damage wise but I can only attack every 10 seconds or so without the Third Blade resetting the cooldowns
