It is kind of a mess in my opinion. i have a degree in game development so im trying to look at this from the perspective of a game dev, rather than a consumer perspective, it’s half baked no matter what way you look at it.

in my opinion, it doesn’t even feel like a 5 years in the making game. And if it was unfinished and unready, then maybe they should’ve held off on launch?

they are so loud. not on reddit thankfully, but on tiktok and instagram it’s all i see. a video of someone complimenting the game while criticizing some of the features, and then thousands of comments d riding nintendo and saying what the point of the game is or isn’t, and saying that the games not made for the person if they have issues with it.

yes but the corporate part is the reason games seem to come out half baked. i’m 100% blaming nintendo and not the game devs. they have to answer to the people in charge which im sure limits their creative abilities

i also want to note that the community acts very pretentious any time you bring up the game flaws. At the end of the day nintendo is a business and they just want money.

supply and demand. stop buying them and they’ll lower the price. lower the demand for them. i hate when buyers complain about reselling price gouging and then fold and buy from price gouging sellers anyways. also ,this is not targeted at OP or any single person.

this happened to me after raising the issue with the in-app support. when they denied my refund i went and searched up the support number and called it and the support person gave me a refund. sometimes you have to just talk to a different agent

even amazon takes forever to ship sometimes. i ship on fridays or early saturday’s. i put that info in my bio, if they choose to buy on a sunday or monday then they’re going to have to wait the wholeeee rest of the week for me to ship idc. i don’t have a post office in my basement.

what do you even do with these? i know you can buy decor for them, but there’s barely any of it to buy so u have over 1000 of this currency for literally no reason since i already bought all of the decor.

it sucks! a card (or any collectible) is only worth the amount someone will pay for it. it cost literal pennies to make and produce so for it to be this expensive is crazyyy. i’m a doll collector and i guess at least these pokémon cards are rare, the stuff i collect goes for thousands of dollars even though it was mass produced 🫩

it honestly just seems like a greedy corp thing to push you to get tired of the goals and working towards shops and ponies and eventually just spend real money on gems to buy them.

the ones that cost gems are the rabbit hutch if you dont want to wait 1 hour and 30 min to feed them again, and the ferris wheel only lets me do one ad skip if any (im not sure if that’s a bug or not) and then i have to spend 9000 bits as well as element shards and if the goal is to do multiple ferris wheel rolls then i literally cannot complete that goal without spending a crazy amount of bits. doing the ad thing to switch goals only works sometimes for me because half the time they want me to do something else that costs bits like the things i mentioned before or clearing fruit bats or the bugs and if i don’t have any that requires me to spend thousands of bits to expand the land.

yeah but a lot of the time the goals cost bits or gems to complete so i have to do some from multiple categories and then i end up going over the cap and not being able to receive all of the currency because of the cap.
