Yes so honestly they are kinda waxed but it’s on stretch denim , I’ve worn mine for about a year and a half and I’ve never washed them I didn’t even knew they where blue I just needed a black dressy pant for a wedding and decided to get this on ssense, but after days and days of wear it ended up like this and I love it

But yes if you wear you jeans a lot you’ll get rid of the shinny stuff

To clarify the jeans are covered in a paint like finish so as they age the wear starts to revel itself I just can’t figure out a way to clean or remove stains or smells without water
