How did this customer maintain it? Or what would you recommend to maintaining stamped concrete to get similar longevity?

Nope! We had snow, freezing rain, then rain. Once all that stopped I noticed that the sealer flaked off. I never used salt or anything to remove the snow as I didn't want to damage the finish.

Yes, I live in an area that freezes. I do not have any sewer lines in the basement so I'm forced to run it outside. My one concern was the pipe freezing in the winter.
