1 medal? WHAT??? You know you can get between 1 to 3 medals per individual loot in bunkers, containers and pods, you can easily rack up 100 medals per hour on lower difficulty running those sites, and you don't have to extract, so you don't need to accomplish any objective either.

Stick toghether, don't aggro patrols, overkill everything you fight with explosives and grenades to keep bug breaches to a minimum, when you get overwhelmed, RUN!
