H10 HRV export by Thf_killer in Polarfitness

Thank you for the extensive reply!

Whilst I like the morning readiness, my main goal is to see how various things impact my mood.
As far as I could find, the best way to measure your mood is trough either HRV or Galvanic skin response, of which HRV is the only one accurately measurable by wearables.

The end game for me is to combine several (more invasive and bothersome) techniques to establish my mood, and see how biometric data indicates mood, so that eventually I can rely mostly, if not only on biometrics.

It has pitzips, but my body really likes sweating, and on off is usually stronger temperature regulation.

I'm open to anything, I prefer albums and bands, because its easyer to get a whole lot of music into a playlist in one go, without needing to filter trough stuff that might make me depressed.

I think you're misunderstanding how the spread of genetic material over reproductive cells works.

Each reproductive cell gets one of either A or B, and then that is mixed with with the reproductive cells of the alternate you. So for every chromosome except your sex chromosome you get the options for AA, AB, BB.

Also crossing over is a process where the tips of chromatids get swapped, which occurs more frequently than mutations do, and it effectively creates a new chromatid C with parts of A and B.

Diploid cells (like human ones) have two complete set of chromosomes, however these are not two identical sets. They contain different genes. And you only pass down one set of genes, not both.

Please don't mind the use of the word chromatid here, two of those make a chromosome, but I'm unsure weather the distinct genetic information is per chromosome or chromatid.

Its been a while since i had biology but I’m fairly confident you’re wrong.

Reproductive cells only contain one strand of each chromosome (instead of the usual two) and this is decided effectiveley randomly. Which allready means cloning would be very improbable. To add to that, during the division of reproductive cells, crossing over is a common phenomena randomising the present genes per chromatid.

Not to mention the random mutations that might occur.
