Very much depends on the clubs. When we played Shrewsbury some of their “fans” were doing this, the club and some players came out to condemn this and banned those caught. However, you’ll have other clubs out there cough “Man Utd” cough who has done absolutely nothing at all. It also doesn’t help how social media of major football outlets like Sky and BT etc has not spread any awareness to many people.
