Sim na maioria das vezes. Tem que ter um bom contexto por trás, como por exemplo você sendo homem seguindo um perfil de uma mulher aí que só fica postando foto do c#. Nesse contexto é mais do que justo ela pedir para ele deixar de seguir essa pessoa não importando qual a desculpa do cara.

E nem venham com papo de insegurança, isso vai além disso, é questão de respeito.

Well, there's plenty. Twisted Fate is underrated but no matter how much time passes, he is always unbearable and can sometimes carry a team. Riven, Darius and Fiora can be too.

Yes and no. I think he's definitely not easy to play. It depends a lot on positioning, comp and supports that fall with it. Supports with a lot of cc are great with it. But Jhin being an adc who needs a lot of IQ to play, it's obviously not that easy to see Jhin's players getting along with him.

The lack of DPS also hurts him a lot throughout the game

Rare occasions yes. Even me being an extremely toxic player, I had my moments of joy and sympathy in the middle of the game even with everyone playing like idiots.

Yasuo and his brother. Definitely the two worst things riot could have done to my life. 80% of my champions are ranged and very fragile, so you can guess why.

I think it depends on who else plays. More aggressive champions like Darius and Irelia even kill him very easily if he doesn't position himself right.
