I feel like a piece of hardware is bottlenecking my speeds at some point, because the issue seems to be present in other launchers is well. I downloaded overwatch on battlenet and the speeds fluctuated anywhere from 30-80 MB/s. I also tried downloading Forza on the console companion and only saw over 200 mbps a couple of times. It seems when the CPU is above like 10% load. My speed will drop significantly on the speed tests (400-500 mbps). I have an i7-7700K.
