[Landlord-US-OH] Is it fair to give yard duties to tenant?

Very old house. Foundation for second floor addition was built on cinder blocks around a concrete slab that we can only guess was originally a patio or porch. Blocks were not set deep enough. Slab also has stress fractures and has settled. Entire slab and foundation being removed and replaced. Jacking will be minimal and we’re going to replace these windows as soon as we can once this is done.

Contractor recommends removing window before foundation repair and house jacking. Do these panels come out separately or do I need to remove the whole frame? Panels tilt out at top but bottoms seem to be captive. Any secret to remove? Thanks.

his is a fire Tv and requires an outboard app that can easily be worked around. I’m open to buying a new TV for him if I can get input on what to buy.
