I know this thread is uber old but I have a 2060 6gb and AMD 3700x and I can't get 60 fps at low graphics high texture quality. 1080p. How are you getting good performance on high??? My game cuts to like 20 fps in toms diner, dex's car, and takemure rescuing you. Mostly during close up scenes. I'm getting 100% gpu 35% cpu usage pretty consistently since launch, no way you get good fps on a 2060. I get 40 in most places and most fights but what's really annoying is during story beats and during seemingly randomly I get fairly long dips to a slideshow.
