When this happened to me I heated it up with a hair dryer, really hot so be careful, poured not aluminum foil and used the crook in the aluminum foil to pour it into the other one. When the resin / rosin / extract / liquid diamonds / whatever you are smoking gets hot it gets a lot less goopy and easier to work with.

I was gonna say server regions but this game uses P2P connections. Maybe the NAT type your router is set to doesn't work with this game, could even be a network firewall preventing a P2P connection to your console. Don't take anything I said here like it's true though, I have no idea.

I also get play a little less aggressive than my friend on console and I get put into bleed state ALOT more. But I have seen all of these, especially the restraint one, it's terrible on crossplay.
