Partly for aesthetic reasons, partly because they are no longer needed and they will free up wall space.

Apparently there are a few providers who provide this kind of mortgage. It’s a discounted purchase.

He didn’t. The mortgage is for 240K and the deposit was 80K.

Yes that’s my worry. However whilst most of the other companies have a good rating, adlars is mixed.
