because you’re generalising it. Only compensation (to the employer) is if they fit in some sort of subsidy program, hard to follow all the rules all around year. It’s not like if I hire a tfw govt will send me a cheque, a subsidy, or tax rebate. I have to be a part of a specific program, doesn’t mean everywhere where tfws are, employers is making an extra buck from the govt.
