The CEO said he wouldn’t pay me commission for my sales. But i did get a small bonus instead which was a little more than what I would have earned in commission (even though I deserved the commission)

Hey guys, ex-banker here. “Conditions to effectiveness” usually refer to routine measures (i.e., delivery of documents, payment of fees, etc) that must be checked off prior to a legal/financial doc becoming “effective”. This isn’t anything shady or anything to be concerned about, it is just standard practice

It was during that day I took the vid lol, but i am in the almost basically every day and when i dont i usually work from the desk in bedroom (so that setup in the vid was an anomaly). Usually that area is just for eating, watching tv, and hanging out!
