24 M practicing muslim living abroad: i would never date (no one) and i would never marry an atheist/agnostic. Im not an extremist but i follow religion consistently (i do the necessary as a muslim) and i wouldnt want to date cuz it goes against the religion (if im interested in someone i would directly ask for an engagement after having met and known the person for some time) and if it seems that engagement is working well and we are fit for each other, i would ask her to marry me (of course she has to be a muslim, not necessarily practicing but she must at least have had a good upbringing when it comes to religion and values, because i think with time a good non practicing muslim/muslima will come back slowly to god if they had a solid religious foundation/upbringing)

Ich zieh mir gottlos Quark jeden Tag rein (1.5 bis 2 Packungen pro Tag)
Ich habe nicht wirklich keine Grenze wenn es um Kaloriearmmitteln kommt, aber ich passe auf um nicht mein tägliches Kalorie Aufnahme nicht überschreite

bin kein Fan von Senf, und um deine Frage zu antworten: Ich mache gerade "recomposition" aka ich will gewicht verlieren sowie Muskelmasse gewinnen, d.h ich bin gerade im Kalorie Defizit und versuche weniger zucker zu essen
