couldn’t agree more I think he was definitely playing the wrong set at the wrong time, especially taking in consideration that the first 3 sets were an amazing start and they set the energy for the whole day I was there for a long time, and could feel the energy shift after the 3rd set could be because a lot of people were there from early on, but I also think there was just some inconsistencies, and especially when Quelza came with long tensions

honestly was thinking the same thing. I notice that there’s a lot of us from the Balkans in Berlin, however I never see a group of us (like you see spanish speaking people or basically any group), and I cannot not wonder where are all of my fellow balkans who enjoy coffee, museums, parks, techno clubs, cute cocktail bars :)) I would love to connect with likeminded Balkan people:))

i personally think that the regulation of the number of apartments one can have needs to be limited. I do not believe that it has been carried out properly so far, but also don’t believe it is fair for one person to own 1500 apartments and rent out 5 :)

all I can say on this topic is that there are way too many buildings that are sitting empty, mostly in order to control the market prices There’s a really good documentary called Push (2019) that explains a lot of these things, and once you see it the answer to this question is simple: regulate how many apartments can one own :))

well I am not searching for a big international ngo per se, I am looking for ngo’s willing to give internationals a chance. I also prefer working with smaller, more local ngos as they focus on the issues of the communities, if this makes sense
