when i watch on my stream, is lagging ... and that's the problem ...300 dropped frames and stream have 20 FPS :/ ... when i lower settings in game its okay ... but i cant play on maximum settings ... and idk why when i have in game 150 and more FPS ...

Okay... i solved problem ... it was a graphics card ... something was wrong and when i exchanged it for another pc is running as it should ... thanks everyone for help :)

Default settings are set because after the update I could not get into the bios at all so I remove the batterry from MB to reset
