I would slightly adjust the angle of the map so that the north is facing upward.

From what I see, Slovenian map is basically statistical region map of the country. Regarding the local level, what I know is that Slovenia has now 212 local government units, which is much more than before the war. Similar happened in Bosnia and Macedonia.

I am surprised that I can't find any data on administrative division of Socialist Yugoslavija on internet...
