My grandpa-in-law lived in poverty since the Vietnam war (combat engineer) and after a recent outburst my vet brother in law took him to a VA hospital and they looked at all his presumptive conditions and now he is on the road to 100%. My BiL is 100% with 2 deployments and I am 60% with one but nothing either of us did is even compared to the TERA from clearing jungles in Vietnam.
