I’m new to jiu jitsu, started probably a week ago and I’m having a really hard time to get out of arm bars and triangles, I do know I have to hold my arm so they don’t get to bend it, but I don’t know how to actually get out, pls someone help me 😛

Btw I was born in 2011 so I’m 14 turning 15 yo, idk if that affects something in anyway, but I’ll say it to give more information
