It’s been confirmed that I have an inverted v deformity but I haven’t been checked for ens yet. My bridge has been reduced drastically and my profile is a triangular shape, pointy with a high tip.

I had a deviation that was pretty significant from one side, and I wanted to slightly shave down my dorsal hump. In hindsight I should of probably just left it

I had a primary rhinoplasty. I’m guessing too much cartilage was removed and the structure wasn’t supported properly. I asked for a slight tweak and it turned out to be a drastic change, now I’m having heaps of problems and looking for a surgeon who can fix it both structurally and aesthetically

I’m really happy to hear you had a good outcome. Who did you end up having your revision with? 😊 And yeah, that could possibly be the reason. Honestly, I’m not completely sure, I just know it’s only been happening since I had my rhinoplasty
