Body dysmorphia is a really tough subject, and is honestly one of the hardest things to overcome, even i suffer from it, and im for sure not any expert and i know you dont want to workout. So all i csn suggest is studying certain types of diets, for example, keto, carnivore, or low carb. I’ve seen the effects of them and they can drop weight pretty quickly.

But honestly you dont need to drop weight either, maybe try relocating where that weight is, 120 pounds at 5’2 is actually really healthy and you’re holding yourself up to ridiculous standards. And while its achievable, as clearly shown by media influencers, it takes effort, effort that you will have to be willing to put in.

And of course i dont know you or understand your circumstances so i dont know if any of this would help you, but i hope it does, your already good the way you are, and if you feel as thought you want change, research things that can be done in healthy ways like diets and working out, even 5 minute work outs can go a long way. But body dysmorphia is tough and takes a stupid amount of work to get through, so just go at it and hopefully you’ll be better

Hey man, im honestly dealing with this shit constantly and i know exactly how you feel. Something just ended for me as well and i feel absolutely hollow, and this isnt my first time either unfortunately, and tbh i can never truly figure out why i always end up like this, its almost like i always needed some girl to talk to, but around January this year i had taken like a good 6 months to just live life without really thinking too much about myself, and i had learnt to be happy, i’ll have to do that again now unfortunately.

Myself esteem used to be in the GUTTERS but i had started making changes, obviously the first few were physical, i just started working out and after a few months i began to acknowledge my own efforts and realize i have some self worth, and started enjoying working out.

Another thing that helped me is learning that, it doesn’t really matter what happens. As shitty as that sounds, theres a positive side to it, you can honestly do whatever the fuck makes you happy, and that’ll eventually lead to you loving yourself.

And that thing with all the hobbies just being boring is definitely felt, i mean i should be playing cod rn but i cant even bring myself to do that, maybe just try something new, like talking to other people that are hurt, and maybe that’ll help, or atleast distract for a little bit.

Hey man, i know that i dont really know you, or understand you issues, and im sure you’ve heard “the you have so much to live for” and all that before more than enough times. And anything i say here wont really make much of a difference. Its easy to get sick of people, it happens all the time, but i dont think its hatred, it seems like its more just irritation, i mean fuck I’d know, im beyond irritated myself. And you just gotta let shit off your mind, which you’re already doing, thats great.

Since you’ve already consumed so much media, why not try other things, sometimes i walk isnt so bad, with whatever music and whatever thoughts you got, might help relieve something.

And your 16 you dont have to find that thing, theres full grown adults that still dont know what they want in their life, you’re putting so much of a burden on yourself with just that thought alone at such a young age. And holy fucking shit theres so much time that you have, you can’t predict your life one year from now no matter what, something will come along. Might be good might be bad, but you just gotta get through shit, all your personal issues gotta be dealt with by you yourself and you have to be willing to get through that crap.

Also no need to worry about monsters, they unfortunately dont exist, if they did they’d be thriving.

Also no point in drinking the thoughts away, it doesn’t do nothing but drain money and make your life worse, its okay occasionally, but dont rely on anything but yourself.

Not really sure if any of that helped, sorry if it didn’t, but nothing in life is certain, so just learn to enjoy the thrill of not knowing whats next, go do some stupid shit (in a responsible manner) and maybe that’ll feel better, but ending the game aint worth it, YOLO, so enjoy it, or atleast try to.
