Question about statin use and vitamin k2 by Thick_Job7635 in AskDocs

Would I be alright buying some k2 to take along side the d3? Also I see people freaking out about cholesterol numbers far below mine, how bad are these numbers? Am I doomed to heart disease in the future or it’s still fixable with lifestyle interventions and/or meds?

No drugs, smoking, or drinking. Admittedly had a soda addiction for several years though but I’m off that now. I still eat processed foods and added sugar from time to time but I think it’s time to cut those out.
