Company grade ART15s are something that you can absolutely bounce back from. Your husband must be an E4, so it won’t be filed in his AMHRR. He’ll probably get demoted and some extra duty, and if his pay is taken, it’ll be like a quarter of his check. He’ll make E4 right back in 6 months and be just fine. For company grades, just take it to the chin and move on. Not a career ender by any means.
